She has Jenna the Kelpie, Buzz and Mace - cats, Mia the kangaroo and Charlie the rainbow lorikeet. Dr Sally loves holidays in Bali in her spare time. She is a busy mum but always fun to work with and brings a smile to our faces every time we see her.
Dr Kerri Renshaw
Kerri grew up in a house full of cats, dogs, birds and the odd stray chicken in Queensland. Kerri knew she wanted to be a veterinarian in primary school and went on to graduate from the University of Qld (St Lucia) in 1997. She practiced for 6 years in Australia before heading off to England to work. She thought she would have an English adventure for 2 years, which turned into a 10 year foray, a British citizenship and a lot more experience in small animal medicine and surgery. Kerri has completed a large number of post graduate courses including a 2 years practical course in small animal surgery whilst in the UK, and is currently in the process of completing a post grad certificate in small animal abdominal ultrasound. No day is the same in vet practice and she enjoys the challenges that it brings and also the cuddles she gets to have with her patients. She still feels very privileged to be able to help them when they are in need and to prevent them from becoming sick in the first place. Kerri currently has one very spoilt cat called Owen, whose best friend is a Dachshund named Jake. Outside of work Kerri enjoys competing in triathlon and multi sports and living in a beautiful place full of outdoor experiences.
